Authenticity of reviews

Product reviews are meant to make your purchasing decision at Fabimonti easier. We display corresponding reviews whenever they are available for an item.

Every incoming review is checked, verified and manually approved by us. On the one hand, we examine the content of the review for logical inconsistencies and other irregularities. On the other hand, we want to ensure that we only publish reviews from verified buyers. Ultimately, however, we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that all reviews result from genuine purchases.

We have the following requirements for published reviews

We're delighted when you want to review our products. So that we can publish your review, please note the following points.

• Your review must be plausible. For example, we cannot accept a review submitted before the goods have been received. It must also be clear from the content of the review that it matches the item.
• Your review may of course contain opinions and criticism. However, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination or insults.
• You may not leave advertising for other products in reviews.
• We do not allow reviews from so-called product testers. You may not receive any financial or other consideration from third parties in exchange for a review.
• Reviews must be based on your experience with our products and must be truthful. Any form of false claims or attempts at manipulation will not be tolerated.

We do not apply stricter filtering to negative reviews or give preference to positive ones. As long as a review meets the criteria listed above, it will be published on an equal footing regardless of whether it is worded favourably, critically or even disparagingly.
